Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program supports emerging entrepreneurs who are just getting started with an idea or establishing a business.

Our mentorship program naturally leads into our incubation program but it is less intensive. It is well-suited to entrepreneurs who have limited time to dedicate to their business at this point in time.

Our mentorship program includes:

  • At least 6 months (50+ hours) of dedicated support from our team and network of expert entrepreneurs

  • Virtual support (phone, email, Zoom) as well as on-Country visits where relevant

  • Meaningful collaboration – together we will finalise a strategy to best achieve your business goals

  • Practical business skills and advice, tailored to each individual entrepreneur and enterprise

  • Access to ELP’s networks, including national markets, industry advisors and future funders

Our mentorship program often helps entrepreneurs to:

  • Hone a business idea and get it off the ground

  • Develop and implement a business plan or strategy

  • Increase skills in a particular area of business

  • Overcome a specific challenge

  • Stay accountable by having a sounding board and regular check-ins to stay on track

  • Expand networks and connections to explore new opportunities

Applications for this program are permanently open and welcome at any time.
